Amidst the tranquil setting of our 250 acre organic grassland farm within Dartmoor National park we hope you will be able to relax, unwind and begin to explore this beautiful corner of Devon where moorland merges seamlessly with verdant rolling countryside and the north and south coasts of Devon and Cornwall are under an hour away
There are three well appointed spacious bedrooms, Waverley, Derbyshire and Harlyn and a two-bedroomed apartment, The Garden Room, simply decide which one you would like to make your own and settle in. There are also three well-equipped self-catering cottages.

Burnville Farm is a substantial Georgian house stunningly situated with magnificent views over Dartmoor from all the guest rooms and a large comfortable drawing room.
Enjoy the comfort of your luxurious en-suite bedroom, complete with super king size bed and antique furniture. Large Georgian windows offer breathtaking views of moorland, garden and rolling countryside. Read a good book lounging in the garden or in the cooler months in front of a roaring log fire in the drawing room.

The Red Barn

The Red Barn is situated on the southern boundary of the farm, a ten minute walk over the fields, it is surrounded by its own enclosed garden with terrace at the back. Spacious and very well appointed it has its own indoor endless pool and also shares the tennis court, outdoor swimming pool, gym and games room at the farm; has splendid long views over farmland to the moor.

The self catering holiday Farmhouse at Burnville Farm – on Dartmoor, Devon, has large, slate-roofed, ‘listed’ (with at least one leaded window for the connoisseur) – is in classic story-book situation amid barns and animals; own enclosed, secluded, good-sized garden (lawn, stream, beech trees, barbecue), 20 yards away.
The Coach House

The converted Coach House was formerly the owners’ home and is the closest to the heated swimming pool. Own heated games room (snooker, table tennis, table football, darts, CD player), lovely paved patio (table/chairs, barbecue) and approx. 1 acre garden (partly stepped or sloping, but with large level lawn areas, sandpit, wooden play-house). It also has its own indoor pool and sauna.
