It shares the tennis court, outdoor swimming pool and all other facilities at the farm; has splendid long views over farmland to the moor. 'The Farmhouse' Sleeps 10 Changeover day - Saturday The Farmhouse at Burnville Farm - large, slate-roofed, ‘listed' (with at least one leaded window for the connoisseur) - is in classic story-book situation amid barns and animals; own enclosed, secluded, good-sized garden (lawn, stream, beech trees, barbecue), 20 yards away. 'Guinea' Sleeps 10 Changeover day - Saturday The large Victorian house, called ‘Guinea', has superb Dartmoor views from most windows. 200 yards from the farmhouse, farm buildings, and owners' house, it stands above and set back from the private lane, with the lawn in front and gravelled patio (table/chairs, flower-tubs, brick barbecue) and another lawn behind – all enclosed. Inside, very spacious with high ceilings, fine arched stripped-pine doors, mainly pine furniture. The Coach House Sleeps 11 Changeover day - Friday The converted Coach House was formerly the owners' home and is the closest to the heated swimming pool. Own heated games room (snooker, table tennis, table football, darts, CD player), lovely paved patio (table/chairs, barbecue) and approx. 1 acre garden (partly stepped or sloping, but with large level lawn areas, sandpit, wooden play-house).
